Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2: Heather Ellis-Monochromatic

Good morning!  I just wanted to show you how beautiful Colorado is today ... I snapped this on my walk home with the dog.  I thought Pikes Peak looked gorgeous this morning.

How cute is this card?!!  I really love how it turned out!

Pardon me while I pat myself on the back ... I love Heather Ellis images!  This week over at Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2, we sponsored by the AMAZING Heather Ellis.   Since it's the last Wednesday of the month, our challenge is to use your favorite sketch from the month and the twist is to make your card .... wait for it .... monochromatic.  Heather is offering a generous prize to our winner: 3 free images!  Fun!!

  1. Joanna, I love this darling card and I love her images. I thought you could only buy them at the stamp stores. I love how she is colored and love the sketch you chose to use with these beautiful flowers.

  5. Well great minds think a like, I was even going to make my card in orange as well, had got my papers ready and bang I saw your card and thought it would be to much, same image, same design and then the same colour. I do love the orange one of my very favourite colours at present. Love your photo you took, awesome view. It's the first day of Autumn (Fall) in New Zealand today, here it is Saturday morning and I'm having breakfast outside but it was a little cooler today, as though the weather gods knew. LOL Take care and have a great week.
